Chase recently announced a new service for rewards cardholders. The company now offers an Apple Ultimate Rewards Store, allowing cardholders to use their Ultimate Rewards to buy Apple products.
Typically, an Ultimate Rewards point is worth one cent, which means that 100 points can be used as $1 toward an Apple product.
Chase currently has bonus offers for new customers ranging from 40,000 to 80,000 points. New cardholders could rack up a large volume of Ultimate Rewards to apply to an iPhone, an Apple Watch, or any number of Apple products.
This offer was unveiled just in time for the holiday season. If you have Ultimate Rewards saved up, this could be an opportunity to buy a new electronic for a loved one without paying much out of pocket.
The Ultimate Rewards do not have to cover the full price of the product. They can contribute to a portion of the price. To buy an Apple TV 4K, a cardholder must use a minimum of 17,900 Ultimate Rewards points. For an iPhone XS 64GB, users need a minimum of 99,900 Ultimate Rewards points.
